Formation
Faith formation is a life-long endeavor. By virtue of our baptism, we are called to continually grow closer to Christ through a life of prayer, service, and through knowledge of our faith. Adult faith formation at Holy Spirit takes many forms. We invite you to seek out any of the following opportunities that interest you:

Prayer
Prayer is the raising of our hearts and minds to God. We are able to speak and listen to God because he teaches us to pray. The Catechism tells us that the Holy Spirit reminds the Church of all that Jesus said, and it teaches us about the life of prayer. In doing so, it inspires new expressions of the same basic forms of prayer: blessing, petition, intercession, thanksgiving, and praise. Praying the Rosary
The Rosary is a Scripture-based prayer that focuses on the key events, or Mysteries, throughout the life of Jesus. There are 20 Mysteries of the Rosary which are divided into 4 sets of Mysteries: Joyful, Sorrowful, Glorious, and Luminous.
